ADOR occupies a prominent address at InterContinental Sofia on Narodno Sabranie Square. The restaurant combines a contemporary dining room, bar, private dining space and terrace, with views towards the Parliament building and Alexander Nevsky Cathedral adding a strong sense of the Bulgarian capital. Its cooking draws on Italian, French and wider Mediterranean traditions, with a Josper charcoal oven giving grilled dishes a central role. Steaks, lamb, seafood and vegetables appear across an à la carte menu that allows diners to choose their own sequence of courses. More detailed preparations include yellowfin tuna tartare with avocado, lime and wasabi, and black cod with cannellini bean mousse and bouillabaisse sauce. These sit alongside simpler charcoal preparations, letting diners shape either a lighter meal or a more substantial dinner.
