AFURI’s Setsu Niseko restaurant brings a citrus lift to a warming bowl of ramen. Its signature yuzu broth combines chicken, dried fish, seaweed and vegetables, with spring water from the Mount Yotei area. Freshly made noodles, gyoza and a full drinks counter make it easy to turn a quick meal into a longer stop. The contemporary room looks towards the mountain. It is a useful choice between activities, though winter demand makes a reservation worthwhile.
