Aquí Está Coco continues the Pacheco family's seafood tradition at its current home on Nueva Costanera in Santiago's Vitacura district. Founded by Jorge “Coco” Pacheco, the restaurant draws its identity from Chile's coastline and the family's long relationship with the waters of the south. The menu follows the seasons and the availability of fish and shellfish.
