Asiana Central serves a broad Asian menu on the third floor of Central Tower, beside Sükhbaatar Square in Ulaanbaatar. Mongolian cooking forms a substantial part of the offering, with dumplings, soups and meat dishes sharing the menu with Chinese regional flavours. The selection includes lamb and beef buuz, several preparations of khuushuur and lamb marrow-bone noodle soup. Sichuan-style beef-rib soup, Chinese braised pork belly and Shanghai-style spicy chicken extend the range beyond local dishes.
