Atomix is Junghyun and Ellia Park's Korean tasting-menu restaurant in New York. Its name draws on an old Korean word for gift, reflecting the couple's intention to present the chef's cooking through Korean traditions and techniques. The signature experience takes place at a U-shaped counter facing the open kitchen, with reservations required. A separate tasting menu at the upstairs cocktail bar differs in its dishes, length and format, offering another route into the kitchen's seasonal work. The wine list combines established and more experimental producers. Dietary flexibility at the chef's counter is limited, including restrictions on vegetarian, vegan and several allergy-related requests.
