Atrium Café is the breakfast-buffet restaurant at The Empire Brunei in Jerudong, occupying level three of the resort's main atrium. The spread brings together Asian and Western breakfast traditions, with an egg station and a range of dishes prepared in the kitchen. The sample menu includes nasi lemak, congee and Nyonya curry laksa, alongside chicken siew mai and prawn bean-curd rolls. Pancakes, French toast and waffles provide sweeter choices, while channa masala, dal tadka and paratha add an Indian element. These examples show the breadth of a breakfast intended for guests with different tastes. All of the resort's restaurants use halal ingredients, and advance booking is required.
