Ayung Terrace
Indonesia

Ayung Terrace looks across the treetops at Four Seasons Resort Bali at Sayan, bringing dishes from across the Indonesian archipelago into an open-air restaurant setting. Head chef Wayan Sutariawan, known as Chef Suta, interprets familiar regional flavours with a contemporary approach. Babi guling appears as spice-rubbed pork belly with pumpkin leaf, while Lombok lobster comes with morning glory and raw sambal. Other signatures include coconut-smoked octopus with grilled pineapple and slow-cooked beef cheek in a Sumatran coconut sauce. Breakfast, lunch and dinner have separate menus, alongside wines, drinks and desserts, allowing the terrace to serve several different stages of a day in the Ayung valley.
