Balbuena y Huertas occupies the restored regionalist building that also houses Cavalta Boutique Hotel, but has its own entrance and restaurant identity. The kitchen reworks Andalusian dishes around seasonal ingredients, with à la carte and tasting-menu approaches. We would choose it as the anchor for an evening in Triana, allowing time to explore the neighbourhood beforehand. It is a particularly useful option when the group wants polished cooking without committing the entire visit to the monument district.
