Bazaar Meat by Jose Andres

Bazaar Meat by José Andrés now occupies The Palazzo at The Venetian Resort Las Vegas, having moved from its original Sahara address. The restaurant retains its playful approach to the steakhouse, combining substantial cuts of meat with smaller Spanish-inspired plates. Shared tapas create a different opening to the meal from a conventional steak dinner. The published menu also gives beef rib steaks, or chuletón, a central role, with pork and other preparations widening the choice beyond one style of beef. Cocktails and theatrical presentation are part of the experience, making the meal well suited to a table that enjoys ordering broadly and comparing dishes. The move places Bazaar Meat within The Venetian's extensive restaurant collection, giving returning diners a new setting for its distinctive mix of Spanish cooking and steakhouse abundance.
