Beach Shack is Kokomo Private Island’s main waterfront restaurant, serving breakfast, lunch and dinner with menus that evolve through the day. Local Fijian produce, reef-caught seafood and ingredients grown on the island shape the cooking, with dishes designed for sharing. Head chef Adrien Narayan leads the restaurant, working within executive chef Marty Kindleysides’ ingredient-led approach, informed by French training and experience in Asia. The setting combines Fijian décor with ocean views, while guests can speak with the chefs about the day’s menu or their dining preferences. Sunset Bar and private dining at Tiki Bar extend the experience beyond the main meal.
