Bel Air occupies the second floor of Grand Hyatt Taipei, where an indoor marble fountain and natural skylight shape the dining room. The European menu centres on steaks and seafood, with both à la carte dishes and set menus available. Beef Wellington and sea bream carpaccio are among the kitchen's featured dishes. Executive chef William Lo's six-course menu, The Origin, brings Taiwanese seasonal ingredients together with European techniques. The main dining room accommodates 82 guests, with two private rooms offering smaller settings. A table beside the fountain has its own role in the restaurant's celebrations, with personalised arrangements available for proposals.
