Bermuda Botanical Gardens

169 South Road, Paget Parish, Bermuda

Bermuda Botanical Gardens is a slower-paced but rewarding stop for travellers who want to see the island’s plant life, open space and a calmer side of Bermuda. It works especially well as a restorative break between busier sightseeing stops, and it pairs naturally with nearby cultural attractions in the Hamilton/Paget area. The gardens provide a sense of place that is more horticultural than dramatic, but that is exactly why they belong on a Bermuda list: they show the island’s subtropical character in a way beaches and forts cannot.
