Best Western Palace Hotel & Casino
Central Promenade, Douglas, Isle of Man, IM2 4NA
The Best Western Palace Hotel & Casino is one of Douglas’s best-known large hotels, occupying a prominent position on Central Promenade. Its official tourism listing emphasises the breadth of facilities under one roof, which distinguishes it from smaller, more traditional guest-style hotels on the island. The seafront setting also gives it a strong visual presence along the capital’s waterfront. This hotel ranks highly because it offers a distinctly different experience: more leisure and entertainment-led, with the scale to suit families, groups and visitors who want a bigger property rather than a boutique stay. Its promenade address keeps guests close to Douglas’s core attractions while still giving them a resort-like base for evenings on site.
