Beverly’s occupies the seventh floor of the Lake Tower at The Coeur d’Alene Resort, with panoramic views over Lake Coeur d’Alene. Executive chef Jim Barrett leads the kitchen, bringing long experience across the resort’s restaurants and pastry operation. Alongside dinner, a seasonal three-course Lakeview menu offers a shorter way to explore the cooking. Wine is a substantial part of the restaurant, with an extensive cellar and complimentary tours. The separate Lakeview Lounge serves cocktails, wines and small plates with the same elevated outlook. Private dining rooms and culinary events provide further ways to use the restaurant beyond a regular dinner reservation.
