Blue Willow takes its name and visual inspiration from the weeping willows of Hangzhou’s West Lake. Inside Conrad Hangzhou, it is the hotel’s all-day restaurant, with an open kitchen that brings the cooking into the dining room. Chef action stations are part of the buffet experience, while dinner buffets and weekend brunch provide different occasions to visit. The emphasis is on a meal assembled around the kitchens, with diners able to watch preparation and choose across the spread.
