Borda Eulari is a mountain restaurant in Anyós, in Andorra's La Massana parish. Opened in 2003, it brings the country's hearty mountain cooking into a traditional borda setting, with substantial dishes and wood-fired grilling central to the menu. Its character is rooted in Pyrenean food and the convivial scale of a country dining room. The kitchen serves regional favourites such as escudella, snails and grilled meats. The published menu also includes meat cannelloni gratinated with cheese and Andorran white and black sausages cooked over wood embers.
