Brajlovic brings the family’s butchery tradition to a restaurant beside the Željeznica River in Ilidža. Its roots reach back to Hasib Brajlović’s first butcher’s shop in Ustikolina in 1945, a history reflected in a menu centred on meat, cured products and regional cheeses. Vegetables from the restaurant’s gardens and bread made in house accompany the cooking. Grilled dishes, dry-aged beef and slow-cooked preparations under the sač sit alongside cold starters and desserts. The dining spaces range from a riverside room to a small fireplace salon, with a large outdoor garden immediately beside the water. This gives the establishment both an everyday restaurant setting and separate spaces for family celebrations.
