Brasserie Uno is a small, independently owned dining room with an open kitchen and a relaxed atmosphere. The name suggests a casual brasserie, but dinner follows a surprise tasting format built around seasonal ingredients and international ideas. For winter 2026–27, the restaurant offers four courses over two sittings under head chef Tommaso Guardascione.
