Bulgari Hotel Roma
Italy

Bvlgari Hotel Roma brings the jeweller’s design language to Piazza Augusto Imperatore, overlooking one of ancient Rome’s most evocative sites. ACPV Architects transformed a 1940s building with imperial marble, bold colour and Italian craftsmanship, creating 106 rooms and suites that connect contemporary comfort with the city’s visual heritage. Il Ristorante Niko Romito occupies the fifth floor, with a terrace facing the Mausoleum of Augustus. The Bvlgari Bar pairs cocktails with a black marble counter and hand-blown Murano glass, while Bvlgari Dolci offers chocolates and pastries. Below, the spa recalls Roman baths through marble columns, coloured glass and a swimming pool. A library devoted to jewellery adds a particularly apt finishing detail.
