Bullona Cairo combines seafood-led Mediterranean cooking with the energy of an evening out at Four Seasons Hotel Cairo at Nile Plaza. On the second floor overlooking the Nile, the 120-seat restaurant draws on the original Bullona in Milan, which transformed a former railway station into a dining and social destination. Italian influences run through dishes such as Canadian lobster spaghetti and house-made scialatielli with seafood ragout. Rock lobster Catalana salad is a signature, alongside a seafood tasting platter. Later, DJ sets change the pace and a separate menu introduces yellowtail tataki, prawn dynamite bao and fritto misto. Dining is restricted to guests aged 18 and over.
