Bully's sits beside the mangroves at Senny's Treelodge Hotel on Kosrae, the property formerly known as Pacific Treelodge Resort. An elevated path leads through the mangrove to the restaurant, where a deck overlooks the channel and surrounding vegetation. The cooking includes local seafood, with tuna sushi and sashimi among its established offerings. Its name recalls Bully Hayes, the nineteenth-century ship's captain associated with the island. The combination of a bar, dining deck and mangrove setting gives Bully's a character distinct from a conventional enclosed hotel restaurant.
