Butch’s Steak & Seafood is the steakhouse at Sandals Royal Barbados, part of the resort’s included dining programme for adult couples. Named for Sandals founder Gordon ‘Butch’ Stewart, it centres on aged, hand-cut Angus beef alongside fish and shellfish. The menu ranges from steak Diane with mushroom and Cognac sauce to filet mignon with Caribbean lobster tail, snapper Veracruz and pepper-crusted tuna. Steakhouse accompaniments include mashed potatoes, truffle fries and béarnaise or peppercorn sauce.
