Bwa Denn at Secret Bay places food, art and Dominica's rainforest landscape in the same two-level space. The contemporary building looks towards the Caribbean and brings together a restaurant, bar, terrace, gallery and rooftop dining area. The ground-floor kitchen follows Secret Bay's island-to-table philosophy, using produce from the resort's organic garden together with ingredients sourced from local farmers and fishers. Casual gourmet dishes reflect Dominica's tropical produce, while the bar also serves drinks made with ingredients grown or prepared on the island. Upstairs, the terrace provides a more intimate experience with broad ocean views and a changing chef-led menu.
