Café Boulud brings Daniel Boulud's French culinary approach to Four Seasons Hotel Riyadh at Kingdom Centre. Executive chef de cuisine Nicolas Lemoyne draws on his Lyonnais background and experience in Boulud's kitchens, combining French traditions with Saudi ingredients in menus that change with the seasons. Breakfast, lunch and dinner give the restaurant several distinct rhythms. Friday brunch adds Mediterranean dishes, Café Boulud classics, live cooking stations and a dedicated dessert room. The Cheese Library offers another way to explore the kitchen's French foundations, with more than 60 European cheeses ranging from soft and blue varieties to aged selections, served with considered accompaniments.
