Café Havana occupies a freestanding building reached by a small wooden bridge from Bacolet Beach Club. Greenheart wood floors extend across three levels, each with panoramic ocean views, giving the restaurant several different perspectives on Tobago’s coast. The kitchen combines local and international food with Asian-Cuban influences. Cocktails accompany the menu, with Caribbean rum, mojitos and martinis among the drinks described by the hotel. Open terraces look across the sea and tropical gardens, while the restaurant also provides meals for guests of the neighbouring beach club.
