Café Stamba sits within Stamba Hotel, a former publishing house in Tbilisi. The menu combines Georgian recipes with contemporary international cooking, using house-made products and ingredients from Udabno, the group’s regenerative farm. Herbs and produce from the hotel’s indoor growing spaces also contribute to the kitchen’s approach. The wider dining setting includes the Pink Bar, Asian Corner and Stamba’s bakery, chocolaterie and coffee roastery. This brings meals, cocktails, pastries and coffee into the hotel’s industrial interiors.
