Camelot Restaurant occupies the seafront dining space at Cobblers Cove, near Speightstown on Barbados’s west coast. The kitchen focuses on fresh local ingredients, serving breakfast, lunch and dinner to hotel guests and outside diners. Chef Andrew Jean leads the culinary team, and the hotel says roughly 70 per cent of the food it serves is grown on the island. Daily afternoon tea and changing dinner menus give the restaurant a rhythm beyond a single evening service. Dinner has an elegant dress code, with long trousers required for men in the restaurant; an outside terrace offers a more informal alternative. Private dining can range from intimate celebrations to beach barbecues and larger gatherings.
