Cap Rocat occupies a restored nineteenth-century fortress overlooking the Bay of Palma in Mallorca. Its buildings blend into a coastal estate with approximately two kilometres of shoreline, preserving the character of the former military site. Accommodation includes suites cut into the cliff, where former defensive positions have become private rooms with sea views. The adults-only hotel provides access to a cliff beach and a saltwater swimming pool. Dining includes the waterfront Sea Club and La Fortaleza, with traditional Mallorcan recipes and more elaborate preparations offering different expressions of the island's food.
