Cashel Palace Hotel

Cashel Palace Hotel occupies a restored Palladian manor from 1732 at the foot of the Rock of Cashel in County Tipperary. Once home to the archbishops, the house now contains 42 individually designed rooms and suites. A private path, the Bishop’s Walk, connects the hotel with the historic site, whose outline is visible from the gardens, spa and selected bedrooms. Three acres of lawns, mature trees and seasonal planting surround the house. The spa includes an indoor-outdoor swimming pool, seaweed baths, thermal facilities and a yoga room. The Bishop’s Buttery serves modern Irish cooking, while the Guinness Bar and nearby Mikey Ryan’s provide other settings for food and drinks. Equine experiences connect a stay with Tipperary’s horse country.
