Cassia Restaurant - Ilala Lodge

Cassia Restaurant sits in the gardens of Ilala Lodge Hotel, within earshot of Victoria Falls. It takes its name from the Cassia fistula trees in front of the property, with indoor dining and outdoor tables that make the gardens part of the meal. Breakfast combines a continental buffet with cooked dishes ordered from a menu. Lunch can be served beneath the trees or around the poolside bar, while dinner offers the chance to eat outside with the sound of the Falls in the background. A wine list drawn from leading South African vineyards accompanies the food, alongside beers, gins and cocktails.
