Cattleman's Club Steakhouse
South Dakota
Cattleman’s Club Steakhouse grew from a South Dakota beef producer’s understanding of how meat is fed, aged, cut and cooked. Its original restaurant opened east of Pierre in 1986, with a second location following in Mitchell in 2014. The menu puts aged, trimmed and house-seasoned USDA Choice top sirloin at its centre. Ribeye, including a bone-in cut, adds another choice, while seafood and familiar sides broaden the meal beyond steak. The Pierre restaurant sits five miles east of the city on Highway 34. In Mitchell, the restaurant is on East Norway Avenue near Interstate 90, bringing the same beef-led approach to a second South Dakota address.
