Chandlers is a steak and seafood restaurant inside Hotel 43 in downtown Boise. Its hand-cut beef ranges from Northwest USDA Prime to American, Australian and Japanese Wagyu, aged for at least 30 days. Seafood arrives from suppliers in Alaska, Hawaii and the Pacific Northwest, with oysters, clams and mussels adding a raw-bar dimension to the menu. Live jazz accompanies dining every evening, giving the restaurant a distinctive atmosphere beyond the steakhouse cooking. The wine cellar offers more than 700 selections, and the bar provides martinis and other cocktails. Private dining rooms accommodate group meals, while the main restaurant remains connected with the hotel on West Grove Street.
