Chuyi Wutai is Shangri-La Sanya’s all-day restaurant, on the first level of the Palm Wing in Haitang Bay. Six theatre kitchens bring cooking into the dining room, covering Chinese, South-East Asian and international food. Hainanese chicken rice, Dongshan lamb and Wujiao pork give the selection a distinct local element. Breakfast, lunch and dinner are served, with interactive stations offering both international dishes and comfort food. A dedicated children’s buffet section makes the restaurant particularly practical for families, while its casual dress code keeps the atmosphere relaxed.
