Claudine is the main restaurant at Four Seasons Resort Seychelles at Desroches Island, with tables beside the pool and a menu that moves between Mediterranean seafood and Asian flavours. Breakfast leads into a relaxed dinner service, where lobster risotto, linguine alla pescatore and Desroches yellowfin tuna share space with Thai green curry, som tum and pad Thai. The themed evenings bring a more specific sense of place. La Tous Kreole combines octopus curry, coconut rice and grilled meats, while Spice of India explores curries and tandoor cooking. Tiramisu with Marsala provides an Italian finish. The variety makes Claudine a useful dining anchor during an island stay, with enough changes of direction to reward more than one visit.
