Coconuts Beach Club stands on the southern coast of Upolu, with accommodation shaped by traditional Samoan design and materials. Fales, suites and villas look towards the gardens, beach or lagoon, while the overwater fales place bedrooms on stilts above the water. Those overwater rooms include glass floors and sunken lava-rock showers, giving the architecture a close relationship with the reef and local landscape. Elsewhere, a gecko-shaped swimming pool has a thatched swim-up bar. Mika’s Restaurant offers a traditional dining room, Palm Terrace and tables on the sand.
