Columbus Hotel Monte-Carlo is a 181-room hotel in Fontvieille, opposite the Princess Grace Rose Garden. Part of Hilton's Curio Collection, it offers views towards the Mediterranean, the garden, the swimming pool or Monaco's old town. Around two-thirds of its rooms have terraces; the Columbus Suite adds two bedrooms, two bathrooms and three terraces. Tavolo serves Mediterranean cooking with a seasonal menu and an outdoor terrace. The cocktail bar moves onto the terrace in summer, while a seasonal outdoor pool and a 24-hour fitness centre provide recreation. Ten serviced residences offer an alternative for longer stays.
