Coulibri Ridge spreads across a 200-acre estate in southern Dominica, combining tropical gardens, an orchard and farm with eighteenth-century ruins. The off-grid resort has 14 air-conditioned studios and duplex suites, each with a custom kitchen and a terrace looking towards the sea and Martinique. Some duplexes add a north-facing terrace above the Sulphur Spring Valley, with selected penthouses offering either an outdoor shower garden or a private pool. Two communal rainwater pools, a spa, gym and yoga pavilion extend the facilities beyond the accommodation. Solar and alternative power systems, rainwater harvesting and locally sourced materials underpin the resort’s design.
