COYA Monte-Carlo brings Peruvian cooking to Avenue Princesse Grace, with a terrace and Pisco Bars inside and outdoors. The menu combines ceviche and raw preparations with grilled dishes and Nikkei influences. Sea bass ceviche comes with leche de tigre, sweet potato and corn, while yellowtail is paired with coconut, ginger, coriander and limo chilli. Hot dishes range from miso-marinated Chilean sea bass to spicy octopus chaufa and smoked pork belly skewers. The Pisco Bar serves signature cocktails, Peruvian classics and infused piscos against views of Monaco's skyline. Resident DJs make music an integral part of the evening atmosphere.
