Crow's Nest

Crow’s Nest sits atop Tower III of Hotel Captain Cook in downtown Anchorage. Its elevated dining room looks across the city to Cook Inlet and the Chugach Mountains, making the surrounding landscape part of the meal. The kitchen combines French and New American influences under chef de cuisine Cameron Richardson, a lifelong Alaskan. Wine is a substantial part of the restaurant’s identity, with a cellar of more than 10,000 bottles and a team trained to guide selections. A separate bar offers cocktails alongside wine, allowing an evening to begin with drinks before dinner. The restaurant remains distinct from the hotel’s more casual ground-level dining venues.
