Da Vittorio brings the Cerea family's Italian cooking to the Carlton Hotel in St. Moritz. Opened in 2012, this Alpine outpost connects the restaurant's Bergamo roots with chef Paolo Rota's kitchen, working alongside the culinary direction of brothers Enrico and Roberto Cerea. The restaurant has 45 seats, with a separate room accommodating 16 guests for private dining.
