Dining at Dakhla Attitude combines Moroccan recipes with international dishes, supporting the daily routine of the hotel’s watersports guests. A changing buffet is included in accommodation, while an à la carte menu offers a separate selection of meals and snacks. Bread is baked at the restaurant each day. Tagines, fresh fish and lobster are among the à la carte choices, with local products guiding the kitchen. Moroccan dishes can be requested in advance to allow time for preparation. The restaurant also serves purified water from the hotel’s own reverse-osmosis plant at lunch, part of its effort to reduce plastic use. The neighbouring Pink Flamingo bar provides another place to gather between meals.
