Le Cactus is Dakhla South Bay’s lagoon-facing restaurant, with indoor seating and a rooftop terrace arranged around a hacienda-style bar. Breakfast combines continental and Moroccan choices, served as a buffet or à la carte. Lunch and dinner draw on international and Moroccan cooking, with local seafood a particular emphasis. The selection changes with market supplies. Examples include grilled octopus with mashed potatoes, calamari tempura and the catch of the day, alongside beef fillet and salads. Seafood preparations also extend to clams, lobster and fish tartare. Meals can be taken beside the pool or on the floating pier, allowing the setting to change from the restaurant’s elevated terrace to the water’s edge.
