Dapur Tara serves a prepared Flores feast in a bamboo kitchen among the hills above Labuan Bajo. Smoked chicken, rice cooked inside bamboo and vegetables from the surrounding garden give the meal a distinctly local character. Dishes arrive together and are introduced by the team, so lunch or dinner becomes a chance to understand the food as well as enjoy it.
