Desomel Restaurant occupies the first floor of Palasia Hotel in downtown Koror. It is the hotel's regular restaurant, providing a convenient place to eat within a property close to the town's shops, services and museums. The dining room accommodates up to 130 guests, with two additional private rooms. An adjustable partition allows the private spaces to be combined, giving the restaurant flexibility for groups and functions. Palasia's separate Ming Hall handles special reservations on the second floor, while Weltz Bar provides another setting for drinks. Desomel's distinctive role is the everyday hotel dining room, with dedicated private space when a meal calls for a more enclosed setting.
