Dining Room is the main residential-style restaurant at Park Hyatt Sanya Sunny Bay Resort. On the first level of Building 7, it looks across Sunny Bay and offers indoor and outdoor seating, together with a semi-private room. The setting has the feel of a dining space within a large coastal home. The current programme centres on a breakfast buffet and a hot-pot buffet at dinner. Cellar, an extension of Dining Room, adds three private dining areas for Chinese cuisine and premium wines. Terrace provides a separate sea-view setting for afternoon tea, cocktails and snacks.
