Doe's Eat Place Little Rock

Doe’s Eat Place in downtown Little Rock brings the steak and tamale tradition of the original Greenville, Mississippi restaurant to West Markham Street. George Eldridge secured the rights to its name and menu after years of flying friends and clients to the Mississippi venue. Steaks are served family-style, with substantial cuts intended for sharing. Hot tamales with chilli are another defining order, joined by broiled shrimp, grilled salmon and burgers. The straightforward approach concentrates attention on the meat, generous portions and familiar accompaniments. At the corner of Ringo and West Markham, the Little Rock restaurant has both indoor and outdoor dining.
