The restaurant at Hotel Dolce Vita Resort serves breakfast, lunch and dinner in Bujumbura's Kigobe Sud neighbourhood. On the ground floor of the hotel, it combines local dishes with international cooking, with African and Western food both part of the offering. A separate bar looks towards Lake Tanganyika and the mountains of the Democratic Republic of the Congo, serving cocktails and snacks. Food and drinks can also be served beside the swimming pool. For conferences and celebrations, the hotel arranges coffee breaks, buffets, wedding meals and catering, giving the kitchen a role in private events as well as everyday dining.
