Tall carved Indonesian doors open into a dining room finished in dark wood and red tones, creating a distinctive setting within the resort’s Pavilion. The menu draws on Japanese, Thai and Indonesian cooking, using seafood, duck, beef, chicken and lamb alongside vegetarian dishes.
