Eden Restaurant now occupies a Coastal Highway address near Rehoboth Avenue, continuing its long-established Rehoboth Beach dining concept in a new location. Its menu combines American restaurant cooking with more unusual ingredients, including grilled Broken Arrow Ranch antelope tenderloin served with squash and sweet-potato gratin and basil chimichurri. Seafood choices include sesame-and-wasabi-crusted tuna and Atlantic halibut with rock shrimp and chive butter. Slow-roasted chicken uses a sweet-tea and citrus brine, adding another distinctive preparation. Cocktails and a substantial wine list accompany the food, while a monthly wine-dinner series during the quieter season provides a separate reason to explore the kitchen.
