Eden Rock Villa Rental
St Jean, Saint Barthélemy
Eden Rock Villa Rental brings together privately owned houses across Saint Barthélemy, supported by a team based at St Jean. The portfolio extends from contemporary hillside villas overlooking the bays to properties closer to the beach, offering different ways to experience the island. It is a collection of individual homes, so location and layout are central to choosing a suitable stay. The villas vary in size and character, with terraces, pools and indoor and outdoor living spaces featuring prominently across the range. Some are designed for couples, while others provide several bedrooms for families or groups of friends. The team can advise on practical differences such as stepped access, bedroom separation and the distance from restaurants and shops. Services include concierge support and breakfast arrangements, with private chefs, butlers and drivers available according to the villa and booking. This creates scope for quiet meals at home alongside days exploring the island’s beaches and dining scene. The appeal lies in combining an independent household setting with local assistance, while keeping the choice of neighbourhood and style of villa firmly in the traveller’s hands.
